宋燕辉，现任台湾国际法学会和海洋事务与政策协会理事，Chinese Yearbook of International Law and Affair与International Journal of Ocean development and International Law的编辑与审查委员。曾任台湾中研院欧美研究所研究员。研究领域包括国际海洋法、国家海洋政策与国际海事安全。
